Give Me Back My Money

Im running this game with the lowest settings across the board on a brand new 13 inch macbook pro, Ivy Bridge processor, fantastic graphics card, the works. On the first level when you have to step into the portal the game crashes every time. I dont know what to do. Either fix this or credit my account $15.00, there is no reason for this to happen!
