Processor: 3.4 GHz Intel Core i7 Memory: 16 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 6970M 2048 MB Some of the game runs okay, but there are levels where my beast of a computer cant even render a playable scene. Most notably the intro scene (Battle of Little Bighorn), the POW Camp, and Pompeii. I even ran the graphics at the lowest possible settings for those levels. Definitely needs work, not even worth $15 in this state… however the story is pretty interesting, and there are some cool features. Definitely has potential.

Clever Idea for a game but awful implementation. I am running this on a 2012 iMac with 8Gb ram and it works fine for maybe 10 minutes at a time then I have to exit and restart it due to incredible laggy, almost frozen, response that makes it unplayable. It has also crashed a couple of times in the approximately 5 hours I have been playing it. It seems incapable of running at a usable rate when there is lots of action on the screen, I can predict when it is going to be too slow to be usable and it is repeatable at the same points each time. As a comparison running an old half-life2 game on the same machine is about 10X faster. Just glad I didnt buy it until the price dropped - I wont be buying any more of this companies products

Read reviews and still decided to purchase game Money down the drain . Game looks ok just could not play it. game froze launching the game 2nd attempt it shut down and this went on for a while until i got too frustrated . Looking to have my money refunded Gigo

This is the very first time ever…. that I have been disappointed by anything purchased for my Mac or from an Apple business…. The game took well over 12 hours to load and even when I have a fast connection and had checked the connection for issues prior to download. Once loaded, the next day….. the thing does not run and every time that I launch the application it locks up my Mac… My Mac is recent, above all the recomended minimums that the developer indicated, and had never given me any issues UNTIL I installed this lousy game. I want my money back and I want this thing off my Mac. I looked around for a way to contact Apple from the App store and cant seem to find any "contact us" link. To the developer - its one thing to be not ready for prime time but another thing entirelly to keep this lousy, bug ridden, game for sale even after you have received many, many complaints. As such you leave us no choice but to view your organization AND the people…. who manage it as nothing more than crooks hell bent on poluting the previously high-quality Apple store with your crap. We all deserve a refund AND an appology and I would also like to see Apple boot these crooks from the App store….. DONT BUY THIS GAME - IT DOES NOT EVEN RUN…...

The game features and concept are great, but I have had this game one day and it has quite three times already. I am running this program on a 15 inch top of the line macbook pro with all the neccesary graphic cards and what not. Warning to buyers: the first level when playing in the battle of little big rock will lag like none other, dont loose hope there as the level after that are fine-ish. Needs update for full stars. Some of the dead boddies are still standing when there dead which can be pretty anoying as well. hope this helped, overal i would wait for an update to buy unless you have a high end macbook pro Update: The game keeps glitching and become unresponsive when i open any battle now. I have tried re downloading it and everything and it still crashes and forces me to restart my computer

i went against my better judgement in buying this game and i should have listened to the reviews, game will not open but will only freeze up your screen. i have been able to run far more advanced games on this computer but this one is just garbage, do not buy!!

I bought this game because I played it on the Xbox 360 and loved it. After it downloaded, I began to play and its just as I remembered. Except each time after I finish my initail training in the game, it crashes. Waist of my money!

This "game" does have a wonderful concept. I love the idea of playing through history. Its too bad that it is impossible to play. My system greatly exceeds the requirements for this game and I can play for longer than 1 minute without it locking up. I take it Im not the only one. Everyone who has been wronged by this purchase must contact apple. I cannot believe apple even puts this worthless "game" on their app store.

I have experienced a major problem with this product. Since the windowed version was too big for my monitor (the dock got in the way) i decided to switch to fullscreen. I restarted the game and when it loaded, I got a black screen. This black screen will not go away and covers my entire monitor. I tried to restart my computer, but my Mac automatically reopens any applications for some reason when I log back on. So, when I log back on it remembers I had the game on and it goes directly to a black screen. This makes the game unplayable. Please fix this and I will change my review.

I love the game and play it often but the controls could be better, you have to set it up to allow for the MBPs trackpad, instead of a mouse. Overall pretty solid game!

I installed the app with compatible graphics cards and O.S. X 10.8.2 but it freezes at the opening sequence of the story mode and refuses to unlock. The same thing happens no matter the graphics or resolution I use. I cant force quit out of the application and it doesnt load no matter how long I wait. I have to force my computer to turn off instead. Do not buy this app because you most likely wont be able to use it at all. It looks like a promising game, but until its optimized, its just $15 youll never see a return on.

Bought this. Took many hours to download and wont get past the first cut scene before locking the entire system up. The game is theft, pure and simple.

I have an iMac running 10.8.2 with 4 GB ram, 3.06 Intel Core 2 Duo and this game crashes it every time. DO NOT BUY!

great game, very very super laggy though, which ruines the game, and I think is kind of worth the money. Its not a wonderful game, but its not the worst.

This game is the most infuriating title I have ever downloaded, free or paid. It is so frustrating because the concept is so good and engaging, but the the game is unplayable on any mac platform. At the best of times, the gameplay is so slow as to be almost uncontrollable. At the worst of times, it is impossible, as the screen turns red or you are suddenly transported to an alternate dimension where gameplay is impossible…. under the ground or suddenly in an area where you cant move. Just interesting enough to make you keep trying to play.

This game got bad reviews when it was released as a console game. Here, you get the same so-so game with all the performance issues one might expect from such a poor port. When I saw that there is an option for an Xbox 360 controller, I thought there might be hope - it might be a bad game, but at least I can play it with my Xbox 360 USB controller, but no, it dosent work. When I check the box in the options menu to use the 360 controller, it un-checks when I go to exit the options menu. And yes, my Xbox 360 drivers are all in place. I would have given this game two stars - at least - if it worked, but there is so much in this game that doesnt really work right, and you would do well to just forget about it and move on...

Great game, but theres a few things that take away from the enjoyment of it. First of all, the lag. I think its pretty bad sometimes and it has gotten me killed more than a few times. Second, theres no toggle control for sprinting, crouching, or ADS. I personally think that makes the game way harder and would appreciate it if it was fixed. Other than that, the games awesome!

Just downloaded game to MBP 2.9GHz i7/ 8GB RAM, running OS 10.8.3. Screen goes black, game will not load. Game was working fine on older Mac mini 2.0 GHz/ 4GB RAM. Developer does not seem to be "developing" this paid app anymore. Their website is down, technical support link requires a user account.

This really needs an update…too glitchy and my mac runs the COD games prefectly. Somethings wrong here.
